On 30th March 2012, it was my beloved mummy's 41st Birthday and I prepared a DIY cake from Icing Room for her. I met up with babybaby at Jurong Point and we had our brunch at ExpresSoup. As it was lunch hours, ExpresSoup has this promotion whereby you can top up your value set at a great discount of 50%. Hence, we ordered the Clam Chowder Soup with Bread and topped up with a value set. The idea of pouring the soup in the bread was pretty interesting but sadly, the soup was kind of cold when it was being served to us. As for the ambiance, I felt that it was kind of "exposed" as people walking past could see what you were eating. Sometimes, their stares at your food could be extremely disturbing and all I would do was just to scowl at them. At least it made me feel better when they get to know that they were actually disturbing us.

As of the following day, the last day of March, my parents fetched me up after my tuition class and we headed straight to Hougang for dinner with my grandma. Yes, we had the usual dishes once again - Fish Head Curry, Cereal Prawns, two other normal dishes and Grandma's favorite - Fried Mantou. After our dinner, we went to Grandma's house for few hours before heading back home. Grandma was really pleased with me because I did not forget about her during my Taiwan and Genting Trip. I even bought her some of her favorite food; what a thoughtful granddaughter isn't it? ♥ Since young, my grandma has spent so much of her time with me and that's why my love for her is totally irreplaceable. Her birthday will be coming soon in few weeks time and we will be celebrating with her at Resort World Sentosa. I hope she can enjoy herself to the fullest with every one of us there ♥
