This year, Grandma's birthday celebration was being held at the Starz Restaurant located at RWS Hard Rock Hotel. The surprise was really a successful one because we did not even tell her that my relatives would be joining us as well. Upon seeing her great grandchildren, grandchildren and children, she was as happy as a lark. At least this surprise managed to put a smile on her face (even though she was busy nagging away, saying that we actually lied to her). Nahnah, this wasn't a lie but just that we didn't tell her the full details of her birthday celebration. If I didn't miscount, it was her 72th birthday this year and I would love to have more of such birthday celebrations with her ♥ Anyway, this was my second time dining in at Starz Restaurant and of course, I won't talk much about the food, ambiance and everything. This time round, there were some additional dishes such as the drunken prawns and baby clams. Thus, it cost much more expensive to dine in today - it cost around $70 per person.

After eating for an hour, we sat down and chatted with one another. Somehow it seems like there's another purpose to this birthday celebration - it's like a family gathering. Due to the hectic working life, we do not get to see one another that often and thus, it feels totally good when such birthday celebration turns out to be a great opportunity for a rare family gathering.
